About
I am a lawyer specializing in labor law, an expert in labor relations, with over 15 years of experience. Over the years, I have been recognized as a leading labor law expert on Israeli law by the prestigious international guides Chambers and Legal 500.
I am located in Israel and represent clients in Israel and across the globe.
In addition to my legal education, I hold a BA in Behavioral Sciences and an MA in Organizational Consulting and Development. I completed coursework and training in personal coaching and mediation. My interdisciplinary educational background and extensive experience working with clients across various sectors enable me to address workplace issues with a nuanced, multi-dimensional approach. I explore not only the legal aspects but also the commercial and organizational dimensions, with a focus on labor relations and tailored solutions.
In 2007, I established and led the employment practice at Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co. in Tel Aviv, where I served for over a decade. Under my leadership, the practice thrived and earned a national and international reputation. Working with international clients has further honed my expertise in cross-cultural legal counseling in labor law, and I have built a global legal network. I currently serve as an employment law expert and consultant for the international law firm Sullivan & Worcester in its Tel Aviv's office.
Since 2020, I have been managing an exclusive practice, focused on advising employers on labor law matters, employment law compliance, and risk analysis and management. I conduct risk assessments and serve as an external investigator for internal organizational complaints, including those related to sexual harassment, workplace bullying, discrimination, and other allegations.
Alongside my services for employers, I counsel and assist senior employees in navigating complex employment situations, negotiations, and termination processes.
I also train human resources professionals in labor law courses.
I am fluent in Hebrew, English, and Russian.
